Every accomplishment below happened before I touched an AI tool:
As Global GM, Apparel, led the digital category from $500M to $1B in 3 years, through new market launches (maternity, yoga, hijab), full-funnel digital transformation, and omnichannel integration.
As VP/GM eCommerce & Digital Marketing, delivered 30% YoY profitable growth, led the brand through Nestlé acquisition and integration, and built eCommerce into the company's most profitable channel.
Chief of Staff for Online Grocery from inception; piloting a new way for people to shop for groceries. I led growth from launch market through 1,000+ market rollout, and was part of the founding marketing team, building retention practices that scaled globally.
Kept the business profitable through the pandemic; led the tech stack transformation and the returns task force that sustained profitability through the supply chain crisis.
Built a new GTM motion and launched EA's subscription offering, establishing a new recurring revenue stream.
Launched Sony Electronics' first DTC concept store, driving profitable growth through accessories and warranty upsell strategy.
I'm also currently a digital and growth advisor to Stripes Co, a private equity firm.
That's the muscle that doesn't change: reading a business, knowing what actually drives growth, and making the calls that need judgment, not a model. What's changed since is how much of that impact I can now scale, across brands, sizes, and industries, without losing quality.
The same three-step process from every engagement, Diagnose First, Mobilize for Scale, Measure What Matters, is exactly what governs when and how AI shows up. It's not a separate process. AI is just one of the tools available inside step two.
Every engagement starts with a clear-eyed diagnostic of what's blocking growth: channel mix, team structure, conversion gaps, retention leaks, and I always aim to find a quick win within the first 30 days. Sometimes the gap isn't strategic, it's a resource gap: no analytics muscle, no creative scale, no dev/UX capacity, too much manual data entry.
I put in place the people, processes, and tools that let a brand grow without me, and then some. When the right fix is something AI can do faster or more cost-effectively than a new hire or an agency, JME Labs builds it, directly with your team.
From TACOS to LTV to cohort retention, decisions come from data, not intuition, and that includes measuring whether what we built actually moved the numbers, not just whether it launched on time.
| Diagnose | Mobilize for Scale | Measure What Matters |
|---|---|---|
| No analytics muscle | JME Labs built a multi-agent system (data validation, competitor intelligence, forecasting, margin & pricing, executive reporting) | Decision-ready exec deck produced weekly, no analyst hire required |
| Creative bottleneck | JME Labs built AI-driven image production for a team that couldn't keep pace manually | More creative variants and testing without ballooning the production budget |
| No dev/UX resource, compressed timeline | JME Labs built AI-driven proofs-of-concept in the pre-planning phase of a website redesign | Faster path to launch without a full dev/UX build |
| Heavy manual data entry | JME Labs automated item setup and SKU management across many retail channels | Fewer manual errors, faster time-to-live for new SKUs |
A lot of brands hesitate on AI because they're afraid it means fewer people, not better work. That hasn't been the experience building with JME Labs, because AI only ever shows up inside a diagnosis and a decision an operator already made. The multi-agent system above didn't replace an analyst; it created the analytics function a lean team never had budget to hire for, freeing the marketing lead to act on insights instead of hunting for them.
When a project needs more depth than one person can cover, JME Labs Collective steps in, a curated network of top subject matter experts I partner with, so your team gets specialist-level support without losing the single point of accountability I provide throughout.
Off the clock
I didn't start out fast - in sport or in life.
I picked up volleyball in junior high and golf even later. I wasn't the strongest or most skilled, but I was the one staying after practice, training in the rain, and putting in the work no one saw; which led to competing in Junior World and Junior Olympic circuits for both sports.
After college, I could barely run a 5K without feeling sick. Safe to say, running needed work. But I kept at it.
In my 30s - and more so after becoming a mom - I leaned into endurance sports.
At a time when most people slow down, I sped up. I doubled my progress. And through years of steady, behind-the-scenes effort, I earned:
The process behind those results - deliberate, disciplined, compounding - is the same one I use with every client and company I work with.
What's made the biggest difference in my own career - and in the work I do with clients - isn't the spotlight moments.
It's the hours behind the scenes.
Whether I'm training after sunset, building a GTM strategy, or helping a founder restructure their team, I bring the same level of care and follow-through.
That's where real progress happens - and where lasting growth is built.
Whether you're navigating change or scaling fast, I'd love to help you move with clarity, focus, and a system that holds.
